Bayraktar TB2 is in the British press! Made the difference among its competitors

Noting that Bayraktar TB2 unmanned aerial vehicles produced by Baykar, one of the leading companies of the Turkish defense industry, made a difference in the Ukrainian war, the British media compared the UAVs used by Russia and Ukraine.

As the Russia-Ukraine war leaves its first year behind, the buzz of drones flying in the sky has become a part of everyday life for Ukrainian soldiers. Smaller in size and often less expensive than other military equipment, drones provide soldiers with significant advantages such as locating ammunition, grenade launching, and instant intelligence.

Kyiv MAKES A DIFFERENCE THANKS TO UAVS

While Russia has much greater resources than Ukraine, both in terms of troops and equipment, Kiev made a big difference in the war thanks to its drones. According to Dr David Jordan, co-director of the Freeman Air & Space Institute, Ukraine has "greater benefit"

from UAVs than Russia because it acts on real-time intelligence from UAV data .

Explaining to the British Dailymail newspaper that the Ukrainians acted more innovatively and tactically in the war, Jordan said , "UAVs have really supported Ukraine's war effort in terms of information gathering and surveillance."

UAV WITH SONGS WRITED ON BEHALF: BAYRAKTAR TB2

The British Dailymail newspaper also compared the UAVs used by Russia and Ukraine and drew attention to the Bayraktar TB2 produced by Baykar. Bayraktar TB2 made a difference in the list of UAVs used in the war.

Stating that Ukraine has used Turkish-made Bayraktar TB2 unmanned aerial vehicles since the beginning of the occupation, the newspaper reminded that Ukrainians wrote songs for Bayraktar TB2 and used the following expressions;

"Having a wingspan of 12 meters and destroying tanks and heavy weapons with laser-guided armor-piercing bombs that can reach heights of up to 25,000 feet, Bayraktar TB2 helped undermine Russia 'S Overwhelming Military Superiority.

As a matter of fact, Bayraktar unmanned aerial vehicle was used in the attack that sank the Russian warship Moskva in the Black Sea in April 2022.

The drone, which is the subject of a song written by the Ukrainians, is 6.5 meters long, has a maximum take-off weight of 650 kilograms, and can fly for almost 24 hours when equipped with up to four laser-guided bombs.

The drone was used in Syria, Libya and Azerbaijan before being used in Ukraine ."
